“May we always seek to love and serve God with our head, our heart and our hands. May we invite people to a life transforming relationship with Jesus Christ, and then equip and challenge them to live their faith in the public sphere, being engaged in the issues of our time and seeking to shape a world that looks more like the Kingdom of God. May we be a people of the Book – holding the Bible to be the inspired Word of God and encouraging people to read, study and live by its words. May we pursue acts of piety towards God and acts of mercy toward others. May we always value the full participation of all people of all ages, races and backgrounds.
May we all be challenged in 2018 to let our commitment to Christ be evident in all we do, and may we use every means we have to invite others to join us as we “Grow God’s children and share God’s love, by seeking, serving and caring for all.”
