Learning Conquered presents Pediatric Psychologist Dr. Ashley Michelle Butler
Event for Learning Conquered (Dyslexia and more)
February 12, 2020 6:00pm—7:00pm – Note the change in times
Join us for our February meeting and hear our guest speaker Dr. Ashley Michelle Butler. Dr. Butler’s clinical practice concentrates on diagnosis and behavioral intervention for preschool- and school-age children with Disruptive Behavior Disorders and ADHD.
Dr. Butler’s research centers on how aspects of the health care system and children’s social and family environments contribute to mental and physical health outcomes of populations who experience disparities in health. Dr. Butler’s research aims to translate research findings that identify contributors to pediatric health disparities into interventions that can be integrated within community-based primary care settings. Dr. Butler is particularly interested in developing intervention components that are delivered by peer leaders.
Learning Conquered is a resource group for parents, educators, and students with learning challenges of any kind. We provide resources to answer questions on how to best support your child. As parents, we also share what works best with our child, and we support each other. Our main goal, help kids conquer their learning challenges. All are welcome.
