Room Reservation Form Information
Committee chairpersons should always check with the church office or refer to the church calendar to determine if a room is available before scheduling a meeting. Some evenings are particularly crowded with meetings, so advanced planning is essential to avoid a problem. To assist the office, you are requested to submit a Room Reservation Form to the church secretary, so that it can be placed on the calendar and avoid someone else from trying to use the same room on the same evening. If you have to cancel the meeting for any reason, please notify the church secretary so others may have a chance to use the room for their own meeting.
Check Request Form Information
Committee chairpersons who wish to be reimbursed for expenses related to their committee must complete a Check Request form. You can obtain one of these forms by going to the church office or you can click on the following link:
Once completed, attach your receipts and turn them into the church office. The pastor must approve the request before it goes to the church treasurer for payment.
